Check-In & Carparking

Colin Stokes provides check-in services for timeshare guests at Manly National. When you arrive at Manly National residents lobby simply call 0439 590 884 and Colin will meet you to show you to your apartment.

Check-in is from 2.00pm to 5.00pm on Friday.

Guests are required to provide a deposit of $250.00 by way of credit card number and expiry date. A form for Priority Check-in will be attached to your booking confirmation and should be completed and returned to info@eastcoastvacations.com.au one week prior to your stay.

*IMPORTANT*
If you cannot check-in prior to 5.00pm on Friday you must contact Eastcoast Vacations Member Services via email or telephone (Mon-Fri 9 to 5) to arrange after-hours access to your apartment. A “lobby fob” and instructions will be issued by mail so advice must be given prior at least 2 weeks prior to travelling. If less than 2 weeks’ notice is given of late arrival, a lobby fob will need to be sent via express post at the cost of the guest ($15). Your priority check in form must be completed and returned prior to issue of lobby fob.

Emergency Access:
Guests who fail to make arrangements for late access and who arrive at Manly National outside office hours (refer below) can call Colin Stokes 0439 590 884. If Colin has to attend the site a non-refundable charge of $100.00 is payable to Colin at the time of service. This fee is not negotiable.

*Manly National is not a traditional timeshare ‘Resort’ nor is it a hotel. Facilities you may expect at a traditional timeshare resort or hotel are not available. There are no activities organized specifically for timeshare guests. The location simply provides accommodation for guests to explore the beautiful Manly area and greater Sydney. The Manly National building houses private residences, offices and shops. Eastcoast Vacations Pty. Ltd. manages six apartments on the 6th Floor of the building

*All six apartments are 1 beddroom and will sleep a maximum of 4 persons.  The apartment is small and is ideal for two persons. There are 2 sofa beds (single) in the lounge which cater for the third and fourth guest. Please note that access to the bathroom/toilet is through the bedroom.

Located in the heart of the Manly Township there are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within minutes of Manly National.

Transfers

Transfers from Sydney airport to Manly:

Train and ferry from Sydney Airport terminals (approx. 1hr).
For the most scenic & pleasant route to Manly from Sydney Domestic Terminal (or Sydney International Terminal), follow signs in the arrival areas to ‘Airport Trains’ & take ‘Macarthur to City via Airport’ or ‘Sydenham’ service to Circular Quay. Ferry terminals can be seen as you exit the station – go to Manly Ferry counter to buy your ticket. The ferry ride is one of the highlights of any trip to Sydney! Make sure your luggage has wheels for the short 3 block walk from Manly Wharf to Manly National Building.

Traveling by car to Manly from Sydney Road:

Turn left into Whistler Street, right into Raglan Street and then right into Central Av. ¾ of the way down the street turn right up ramp to Council car park, take a ticket (parking is free for the first two hours). Follow instructions for check-in (via residents lobby Short St. plaza) with Colin Stokes. Check-in and obtain Manly car park pass. Park car in secure Manly National car park and take the lift to the 6th Floor. The car park height is 1.95m.

Manly National Apartments are situated 11km north-east of Sydney on the lower Northern Beaches. Manly which for decades been known as one of Australia’s premier surfing destinations, combines a resort atmosphere with the cosmopolitan feel of being at a major destination.

Manly hosts beautiful beaches along with attractions such as the Manly Art Gallery and Museum, Oceanworld Manly and Newport Arms. Also on the narrow strip of land between the harbor and the ocean you will find the Corso, which is Manly’s famous pedestrian plaza. Shopping here is described as being “easy and its fun”

In addition, Manly is just a ferry away from Sydney, the well known dock of Circular Quay, which is located between the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. Manly National Apartments consists of 6, 1 bedroom units with bathroom off the master bedroom. All units have a mini kitchen and all 6 units owned by Eastcoast Trust are situated on the 6th floor of the Manly National high rise building.
