Check-in:
Friday 4.00pm Check-out: Friday 10.00am.

 *IMPORTANT*
Management does not live on site. If late arrival is anticipated (after 6.00pm on Friday) please call Kay & Brett during office hours to arrange access to your apartment.

 Office Hours:
9.00am to 5.00pm Monday through Friday.

Guests are required to provide a deposit of $200.00 by way of credit card number and expiry date. A form for Priority Check-in will be attached to your booking confirmation and should be completed and emailed to Golden Leaf one week prior to your stay, goldenleaf@eastcoastvacations.com.au.

Traveling by car:
From Brisbane Airport: The nearest international airport is in Brisbane about one hour to the south of Caloundra. From the airport take Highway 1 (The Bruce Highway) then take the Caloundra exit, and continue on Caloundra Road, which then becomes Bowman Road, which then becomes Bulcock Street in the town centre. At the top of town turn RIGHT into Knox Avenue, continue down then turn LEFT onto the Esplanade (Warne Terrace) and continue until you reach the round-about. Follow through into Ormonde Terrace and then turn LEFT up Edmund Street.

From Sunshine Coast Airport:
Turn RIGHT into David Low Way. Follow to round-about and turn LEFT into Sunshine Motorway. Follow through into Nicklin Way and turn LEFT onto Caloundra Road, which becomes Bowman Road, which then becomes Bulcock Street in the town centre. At the top of town turn RIGHT into Knox Avenue, continue down then turn LEFT onto the Esplanade (Warne Terrace) and continue until you reach the round-about. Follow through into Ormonde Terrace and then turn LEFT up Edmund Street.

About Us

Golden Leaf Apartments is situated in Caloundra, 93km north of Brisbane and is the southern gateway to the Sunshine Coast.

Located a short stroll from Kings Beach, Golden Leaf is the ideal “home base” for experiencing the local sands and exploring the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland.

Kings Beach has undergone some major changes over the recent years and is ideal for swimming, surfing and relaxing on the beach.There is also BBQ and picnic facilities, children’s play equipment and a walking path. Kings Beach is patrolled by lifeguards year round 7 days a week.

Across from Golden Leaf Apartments there is Kings Beach Park which displays open grassland ideal for kite-flying and playing footy. There is also a sound shell that hosts regular free concerts through out the year.

Nearby attractions to experience on the Sunshine Coast include Aussie World & Ettamogah Pub, the Big Pineapple, the Ginger Factory, UnderWater World and Australia Zoo.

Golden Leaf consists of 11 units. Units range from 1, 2 or 3 bedroom subject to availability. Each unit boasts a full kitchen and contains one bathroom.
