About Us

These three properties share a common reservation, deposit and exchange facility. Member Services assists members with all aspects of their holiday entitlement use.

Site management and control, unit and owners time entitlement records; accounting and recording functions are also shared for cost efficiency. Income is derived from maintenance fees and additional bonus time booked by owners and their guests. The expenditure of all funds is detailed in the audited annual report that is issued to all members.

Cancellation Policy: Members can cancel and rebook their entitlement providing at least four weeks’ notice is provided to member services. A fee may apply if members book and cancel entitlement more than once. Late cancellations will result in loss of entitlement.

Annual Levy: The current annual levy is AUD$785 per week/unit owned. The timeshare scheme is exempt from GST.  We accept payments through our secure internet portal via Visa and MasterCard.
